DCH Academy Honda

My experience with DCH Academy Honda was not bad, more of a middle of the road dealership in my opinion. There first offer was way off the charts so it took me awhile to get them down to a realistic price on an Odyssey. They will try and wear you down, make you wait forever while your salesmen goes back and forth to speak to the "finance manager". You need to make sure you are armed with all of the facts and do your homework before hand. Shop around, DCH Academy will compete once they realize you have done your homework. I was trading in my 08 Odyssey with very low mileage. They low-balled me on the trade and claimed the trade in had tire issues etc. Went to another dealership who beat their price and gave me the correct equity on the trade.
