The overall buying experience was pleasant and easy; and they honored the internet quote. Internet sales Lauren Miglia provided a detail cost breakdown to the dot. Salesperson Mr. Erich Tam has alrealdy prepared all the paper work before I walked into the dealship. We did the cash for clunker deal, we left 3 hours later with our Odyssey. I was very pleased with Mr. Tam took time to show us how to operate the Odyssey while other customers were waiting; after all, the Odyssey has more buttons that a small plane!
