DCH Academy Honda

I spoke with Lisa in the internet sale department. I confirmed, in writing, a price and vehicle. I made a reservation for 4:30 pm, was told a salesman would have all the information we discussed (it was "in the system"), that Lisa would introduce us to the salesperson, the trade-in would be appraised and financing discussed. We brought the title to the trade-in vehicle, arrived at 4:30 pm. We were greeted politely and the salesperson returned telling us Lisa was on the phone. When I asked about the price and information that was "in the system" the salesperson stated that he did not know what I was speaking about. When I stated we were leaving, the sales manager, who had overheard the conversation said good. While walking out the of the dealership with my wife and son the sales manager looked out the window and appeared to be cursing at us. We proceeded to Sansone Kia, showed the True Car certificate and drove home with a Kia Sportage. We enjoyed our time with the sales staff and even ordered pizza while the paperwork was being processed. Everything was exactly as represented by the Sansone internet sales team. It was a pleasure buying the Sportage.
