Worst Customer Experience

I bought a Certified Honda Accord from this dealer last week. The Sales people were very sweet when I went to buy the car. This is my second car from the same dealer. I bought my first car 2 years ago from the same dealer. When I got the car I was experiencing some noise from the front side of the car. I had to book a service appointment the next day. I almost spent 75% price of a new car and had to book the service appointment next day. The service department inspected my vehicle and concluded the tires are making noise I will have to change the tires if I want to get rid of the noise. When I checked with the sales team they didn't take the responsibility of this issue and got a reply that we don't cover tires. If you don't want noise it is your responsibility to change tire. The sales rep was Walter Donnelly who as very sweet to market the car and when I went to ask him about the tire issue he was not at all co operating to understand my problem. He redirected me to his manager, an arrogant guy who wastelling like it is my problem and I have to change the tire if I dont want the loud moise the car make. When I questioned them about selling me a car with faulty tire they said like they wont cover tire in the certification. (I didn't drive the car thousand miles and asked them to replace the tires. I bought the car and went to them next day after driving the car for near to 100 miles). It is forcing me now to spend $500 to $600 to get a new certified car in a driving condition. When I asked initially, before buying the car, about the tire the sales rep told they will replace the tire if the condition is not good. Please don't believe the sweet words of the sales reps in this show room. All sweet words are till the moment you hand over the check to them. After that they are not responsible at all. I complained about this to the person contacted me for the feedback also. Didn't get any reply on that also. I had to call them multiple times to get the Inspection Sticker on my windshield. It is so annoying paying your hard earned money for a certified car and sending your car next day to repair shop by spending money again from your pocket. When I mentioned about the noise, the sales manager was comparing my Honda Accord to Diesel vehicle. He was asking "If I sell you a diesel vehicle and next day you complain the engine making noise should I replace the engine". The gentleman is very arrogant.Please please no one buy a certified car from these guys.
