Dealership Sales Review
Went to see car that I was told was in stock but when I arrived it was not available. Then was interested in another vehicle which during the sales process was hit with a 399 dealer prep which was not disclosed in their ad on their website. Tried to confront the discrepancy of the ad but was told to call tomorrow to speak to the manager. Next I spoke to both Jude and Peter which where both incredibly rude and denied wrong doing and the cars listing on their web site and told me I must pay the dealer prep fee. Then the next day they changed their ad on their web site to reflect the dealer prep fee. I sent two emails to the general manager ray a week ago and also called several times and left messages which I have had no response. This dealership has showed me they will hit you with every extra fee they can think of and false advertise prices on their website. They have no customer service and management are unethical. I have attached the cars ad before and after from their website. Stay away from this dealership as well as the management. Jude and Peter need training and should not be managers. The general manager ray is horrible at returning phone calls and emails. Dishonest dealership stay away
