A pleasant surprise...

I was waiting for the old "bait-and-switch" routine and a lot of haggling over prices, but what I got from my salesperson, Joseph G., was an easy negotiation. He was pleasant to talk with, intelligent, and made the whole leasing process pretty comfortable. The waiting room is quite nice, as well.
