Recently bought a new CR-V from Academy. Although it functions like most other dealers, they make an offer, you counter, and so on the overall process seemed to be easier. I believe I received a fair deal. My salesman was very personable and easy to work with. I was disappointed the sales manager never came over to discuss anything. It was back and forth with the salesman. I think it would have been easier and friendlier if the manager actually got out from behind his computer.

Thank you for your purchase.Your comments will be taken as advisement, Sometimes customers fell more comforatable dealing only with the salepeople but managers are always available and i always ask the managers to greet all customer during the delivery process.
