onService advisor was very good. He listened to my concern about an extended crank before start and immediately went into the service bay to speak to the tech. Their was an update covering this from Subaru for my vehicle which was performed. Car was originally brought in for a return visit for an oil consumption test. the car passed and the advisor explained to me the proper way (per Subaru) to check the oil level.
