Dealership Service Review
We did not buy our Subaru Forester at Subaru World of Newton, but they are now the closest dealer to us, so that's where we took it with a problem. The passenger's air bag light always said "Off" even when someone was sitting in that seat. We were concerned that the air bag was not working properly, so off to the dealership we went. They provided a courtesy car for the duration of the time they spent working on our car, which ended up being almost four weeks! They even got some Subaru engineers involved in looking for the solution to this issue. They did get it fixed and explained to us what had to be replaced. Happily, they also honored the extended warranty we got from Subaru when we bought this vehicle, so all we were out of pocket was the small deductible. The staff at Subaru World were friendly and professional throughout this process and were a pleasure to deal with. We will be back when/if our Forester needs their attention.
