I love my service representative at Lexus, Jaime Robinson-Lind. She always works with me on the repairs that need to be done right away and those that can wait until later and still keep my car operating safely. Jaime goes the extra mile to keep me informed and I never have a problem setting up appointments. I’m confident in the work performed on my vehicle.
