The car was fixed and perfect including car wash. I picked up my car around 6:30pm on 3/18. George A. walked an extra mile to help me to pull my loaner car and provided great service. He let me transfer all my stuff from the loaner car to my serviced car. He also always has smile on his face and pleasant appearance to customer. He is very helpful. This is not my first time experiencing this world class service. He is a great asset to Lexus service. Definitely, he provided excellent service.
