Niccole, Russell and Matt took care of me. I needed to find out about my cell phone connection... found out by Russell and Niccole's research that the cell phone I have (old one) is NOT compatible. Russell printed out all the ones that are!!! Matt took care of my maintenance in very good time. All in all, a very very good experience. thank you... also, feels like a team effort when you are there... nice comraderie! (sp) Gail
