Smooth sailing after a rocky start

I went to Lucas to test drive a 2012 Chevy Traverse. Once there Jim was very helpful and easy to work with. I had a rocky start in trying to contact someone but once I got to Jim, he was easy to work with and helped me to get the car that I hope will work for me for at least the next 10 years.
