Route 22 Honda

I had a terrible experience with those guys in Rout 22 honda, I went there to buy a new pilot. My cousin bought 2 cars from them and this is why he recommended me this dealer. He called in the morning of Aug 12th, and they assigned Effrain to assist us. when we arrived there he asked us to wait for him coz he had another customer. Imagine that we waited for him 2 and 1/2 hours. He first told us that he had a very good deals for us as we were searching for the Pilot exl with DVD, then after he came back after 2.5 hours, he told us that there is only one pilot available. I was so astonished with this, he let us wait 2.5 hours and then he said to me that he has only one car left and it is only available for the sticker price. although the sticker price was $1500 more than what is on there site. I completely don't recommend any body to trust this dealer again. so unhappy with the way they disrespect us.
