Route 22 Honda

Fast talking, empty promise making ("sure I'll show you the paperwork -after you give me a deposit"). The nicest way to describe our interaction was 100% deceitful. Gary (sales Mgr) & Craig (one of the Gen Mgrs) were interruptive, argumentative, dismissive of our concerns and never returned the calls they said they would. This dealer owns a bunch of dealerships on Rte 22 - all of which charge a mandatory up-charge of $239. THey will tell you it is required and non-waivable, but that's just from this particular owner. Shop for better cars with a more scrupulous dealer. I have to have faith there is one somewhere in New Jersey.
