From my first point of contact with the Internet Sales Manager Nikki and throughout my entire vehicle selection process with the Sales Manager Frank and Sales Associate Jay, I was always assisted promptly and with utmost courtesy. They respected my need to thoroughly think about my decision, which I absolutely appreciate. Once I made my decision, they were so helpful in expediting the process prior to my arrival at the dealership to sign papers and pick up the vehicle. Erin, their Finance Manager, was very thorough in explaining the technicalities of the documents. Jay even put a bow on my new car! The thoughtful touch went a long way in making me feel truly valued as a customer. Jay also very patiently guided me through all the fun new things my new car had to offer. My parents have purchased from Kundert Volvo in the past and continue to service their vehicle there. I foresee Kundert Volvo being the lifelong dealership of choice for my family because a product as excellent as Volvo should be represented only by equally stellar people.
