onService was completed on the vehicle, although I was not notified. I had my 9 yr old son with me and we were waiting upstairs without any notification that the car was ready. It wasn't until I notified him at the service desk that I was leaving with a ride and asked if he had any updates, did he then get up to check. He said let me check and low and behold the car was sitting in the lot completed. Frustrated was an understatement. Hopefully next time, I can work with Fred. He gets you in and out, and definitely keeps you updated. I would only recommend this dealership if you work with Fred in service
