DO NOT TRUST them especially guy in finance SEAN...THERE IN NEVER SMOKE WITHOUT THE FIRE ! They will put you out market by lying to you saying they can do the deal and will ask for your personal information then they submit to every bank possible without your authorization and that will effect your credit by doing so,even if you get approved but because of dishonesty at the end of the deal you probably will want to take chances somewhere else since they promise to you different payment or rate.But by leaving them you haven't realize yet that if you go anywhere else and they will also submit to any of those banks you will not get approved anymore and will not be able to buy a car for at least next 3-6 month.Reason#1...Banks will look at your credit report and will wonder why haven't you have a car yet and you have been submit to many banks already . Reason#2...when green brook submit your application they know you still shopping after you leave them but they will continue sending your application to more and more banks,so anywhere you go they will be wondering whats going on,that on your credit report so many inquiries to get a loan already. Not even mentioning how they will appraise your trade in 25% less then everyone else.

We are a family owned and operated dealership, while researching our online reputation we came across this misleading review. We realize that this review is over a year old, but we still felt it was important to respond to inform the online community of the real story. We are the #1 Buick/GMC dealership in the northeast region, we were awarded the 2011 Buick and GMC dealer of the year by General Motors Corp and have recently been told we have been recognized again in 2012 for the same award. To get this award, we must maintain a high level of customer satisfaction index for both sales and service which is independently reviewed by a third party vendor. We agreed to terms on a deal without appraising the trade since the customer lived over 100 miles from our dealership but wanted to deal with us anyway because of our reputation. We proceeded to get a secure credit application, the customer provided his information knowing we would try to find him financing based on his credit situation. Because of his individual credit situation, we were unable to provide financing under the customer’s terms. His frustration with the lenders ultimately led to him trying to bash our online reputation, although his review has affected us very little, we still felt it was important to provide a response. The above customer never visited our dealership, and we never even appraised his vehicle, we gave him a range over the phone, as any educated customer would understand its impossible to appraise a vehicle without actually seeing it.
