Hard to locate HD trucks during covid, Ernie and Charles were right on top of things. I was looking for a truck but they didn't have what I was looking for on the lot. The following day Ernie called me up and said he found my truck in transit from the factory. I ran right down and made my down payment. Less than 30 days later I was in my new truck. I can't say enough about the sales department.
