Visited Lexus Darcars of Englewood on 04/26/2025 to inquire about a Lexus RX350 Luxury trim. What started as a normal visit quickly turned into one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. Ryan Joon was respectful and helpful in showing me the vehicle but the nightmare began when their so-called “negotiator” entered the conversation. Not only was I quoted a ridiculous $82,000 OTD on a $67,000 MSRP car (a $15,000 markup with no justification), but when I dared to negotiate respectfully, the negotiator resorted to personal insults — calling me “stupid” and “dumb.”. After confronting the negotiator he showed zero respect and instead of quickly apologizing and calming the situation he was on his own ego. To make matters even worse, he made blatantly racist comments about Indians Absolutely disgusting behavior from a dealership that sells “luxury” vehicles. No one should be treated like this — ever. I wanted to get a Rx 350 luxury trim which they didn’t had in their inventory and the next availability was for early June. I am sure these so called negotiators are just hyping the price. Beware of their cheap tactics and walkoff. I will NEVER do business with DARCUS lexus of englewood again and strongly warn others: if you value respect, dignity, and basic professionalism, avoid this dealership at all costs.
