Pumpkin Fine Cars & Exotics
Dealership Sales Review
The other day I reached out to get information on a vehicle. I asked 5 simple questions regarding a Tesla. Questions ranged from any damage on vehicle since there was few pictures online that showed anything, if vehicle was used as rental/fleet/demo, does vehicle come with EAP or FSD, and what is the out-the-door price with all fee's and dealer markups/add ons. I explained to Gina, my point of contact, that I was over 400 miles away from dealership, that I worked night shift at a hospital and that I sleep during the day. I said email was best method for contact. I also explained that as soon as these questions were answered I would absolutely come in to sit down and purchase vehicle. Her initial two responses not only bypassed my questions, she told me things like "she doesn't know if vehicle was used as fleet/rental/demo vehicle" but that because its in such good condition, there was no way. Ummm yea that means nothing to me and that is absolutely false because all she has to do is look at CarFax report and she would know. What's even worse is when I asked for out the door cost I was met with "We have no hidden fee's so don't worry." Yea I was born at night, but not last night. She ignored the fact that I said best contact was email and I could schedule anything during the day to talk. She repeated incessantly that I needed to FaceTime her. As soon as I kept repeating this was not an option but as soon as she answered questions I would come in to dealership, I got a complete left field response of: "I'll be happy to take the time to respond in detail to both of your emails and to providing the necessary information you are searching for with regards to our Tesla at the earliest time allowed based on other current customer appointments and staffing. We'll be in touch. Thanks again for your interest. Have a wonderful rest of your evening. Gina This might as well say, you are not important, because you won't FaceTime I don't want to deal with you. What's funny is she had no problem telling me she could schedule me in right away for FaceTime appointment but as soon as I took that option away, any other suggestion was a moot point. Gina is a family member to this business which reflects poorly on the company. I was extremely excited to do business with Pumpkin Fine Cars due to good reviews and was met with the complete opposite experience. I had full financing, paid off trade-in vehicle and cash down for Tesla. Because of my interaction with the number two person in this company, Gina Freon, I will be taking business elsewhere. At the end of my conversation with her I told her I would be contacting dealership, asking for new point of contact and do business with someone else, but to find out she helps run this company makes me want nothing to do with Pumpkin Fine Cars. I would gladly screen shot and upload images of emails here but I'm saving that for when Owner reaches out to me. Pumpkin Fine Cars lost business on a $50,000 Tesla purely based off the fact that Gina didn't want to spend 20 minutes of her time to answer extremely simple questions.
