Dealership Sales Review
We were interested in leasing a 2013 Mercedes-Benz GLK 350. Upon entering the showroom we were greeted by a pleasant helpful receptionist who directed us to an area of the showroom where we could browse the inventory of SUV's. We were given the freedom to explore for a few minutes without any pressure or salesperson. After about 10 minutes we were greeted by a sales rep, Dan C., and we explained to him what our intentions were. He listened patiently and gave us an extensive description of the SUV and the various option packages that were available. He then took us for a test drive and continued to carefully explain all of the features of the vehicle. Upon returning, we were convinced that we wanted to lease the GLK. Dan explained the different lease programs that were available and negotiated a very fair deal for us. There was no pressure or "smoke and mirrors" involved. We dealt with Dan, and Dan alone. We did not have to play the, "Let me check with my manager ...," game. We agreed to a price and left a deposit. Later that evening Dan called us at home and told us that he had the car in stock and we could pick it up at out convenience. The next day we returned to the dealership and met with Dan to pick up our car.We were given an extensive education on every aspect of the car by a specialist. We were taken to the service area, given a tour of the waiting area (which is nothing short of magnificient), and introduced to our service manager. We then returned to Dan who completed our paperwork and were on our way home in our 2013 GLK 350. The next day, Dan called us to see how we were enjoying our car and assured us that if we had any questions or concerns to call him at any time. In all, it was truly a remarkable experience.
