Mercedes-Benz of Edison

My intention was to shop around and to be an educated consumer at both the Mercedes-Benz and Audi dealerships. Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz in Edison was my first and only stop. From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed. I immediately felt I was in good hands, valued and by no means pressured as I perused the showroom floor for new and pre-owned vehicles. Derrick Fox was my Sales Representative. He was patient, answered all of my questions, listened to my concerns, and understood my budget parameters without missing a beat. I took my first test drive ever in a Mercedes Benz and I was sold. Derrick began asking what color and amenities I preferred, he checked inventory and need I say more. My “new car” was available. The one-stop shopping with Derrick from introductions to processing and signing the required paperwork was not to be believed. As most car buyers, we are shuffled from one person to the next. This did not happen at Ray Catena’s dealership. Within a five hour window I shopped, I drove and I purchased my first Mercedes Benz. The “wow” factor was that it was prepped and ready for me to take ownership the same day. Talk about giving a new meaning to “customer service!” Thank you Derrick and Ray Catena!!!!
