Amazing Experience! From my emails with Paula, to my meeting and dealing with John and Gary. This is my second Mercedes and I traveled 50mins. to buy from this team. So accommodating - another dealer was competing for my business and this team handled it so great, John educated me and really worked through the numbers with me so I could make a comfortable informative decision. I had my 10 yr old son with me and they spoiled him (they know how to get to a mothers heart)! Even when he got antsy, they made it seem like no problem. I also have to mention the front desk team... was so pleasant. Overall, all that you would expect from a Mercedes Dealer and then some... professional, polite, considerate, kind and Thoughtful. At one point after we were done with our deal - I thought for a moment, "maybe I want a different color?", and still Gary said; "If you want it, we will change it!"
