My husband and I worked with John W. in August, his attitude toward customers is very impressive. When we just stepped in, John W. came up to us right away with warm greeting and nice smile, we were actually shopping around and had no idea about MB, he was very patient and introduced almost all kinds of MB to us, we finally found one we like.
