Did a virtual showing due to my location. Agreed to purchase. Set a price. Had approved financing. Scheduled a final date to pick up. I had to call them back to find out they sold it to someone else after agreeing to a sale with me. I offered to give a 10% deposit before knowing about the other buyer. They asked to run my credit at multiple companies when I was already preapproved through one of their lenders. My recommendation is to stay away from [non-permissible content removed] like this. Their word isn't worth anything.
