Service Advisor David and everyone exceeded my expectations

I arrived with a perceived Emergency issue with a strange new sound from the rear of my vehicle. I was assured that my issue would be checked and fixed if need be. At the end of all diagnostics, it turned out that the sound of metal spinning/metal plates rubbing together could not be reproduced. All systems are normal. So I was good to go. Thank you all for listening and investigating the issue with professionalism, calm, compassion and respect. Thank You all.
