onI want to commend John Damico, Asst Service Manager, for his kind help today. He explained the assessment of issues w my Odyssey and helped me to navigate through what needed to be done now and what could wait. I promised to return for another service…and assured him that I drive a different car in snow if there’s too much of a problem with, say, tire wear. I totally trust John and am glad he works for Honda! I’ll be back!
