Dealership Service Review
I was asked by the Dealer's system to submit this review, so I can honestly say based on their request that I am hoping to not return there for service again. I believe I pay a premium for dealer service, and that premium should come with some advantages such as parts availability. I have had ongoing challenges with my 2017 CR-V, requiring new parts not covered under warranty for a 53,000 mile, 2.5 year old car nearly every second or third visit. On top of this, most times I go there, I am also presented with an extraordinary list of additional services I have to turn down. The last straw was this visit when my car failed inspection for a problem with a common part (brake caliber) that the dealer does not stock. If this is the case, there is no reason to go to this dealer any longer as the travel alone takes me away from half-a-day of paid work. The advantages of dealer service are sometimes good, but not with this dealer. I'd actually rather pay more to have this alleged problem serviced elsewhere because of a lack of trust in this dealer.
