Overall, my experience was good. Alex and Jeremy were very helpful. Whoever the other sales manager is at the front desk (not Alex), I believe his name is Eric, was very rude. I overheard him complaining about “running this guys numbers for the 7th time.” Pretty big deal to make sure your numbers are right when buying a new vehicle. His attitude and demeanor left me very frustrated and was not worth my time to confront him. Also was openly complaining about other job related things openly in front of everyone
