Rear AC problem

onMy 2007 Saturn Outlook in for a rear AC problem. Difficult to diagnose. Service advisor, Kenny 'G', worked with me continuously to ensure that my AC situation was resolved. After the initial repair it still was not operating properly. He worked with the techs and AC specialist and finally found the correct resolution. It was a pleasure to work with a very professional team. Thanks Kenny 'G'.
