Dealership Service Review
I took my Escalade in for two issues. The heated seats did not work and the check engine light cycles off and on for lean codes. They charge $118 to even look at each issue. They wanted $900 to fix the heated seat, I passed. Even though I explained U had taken the car to my mechanic 5 times for the same check engine light code, they charged me $118 to plug it in and confirm it was a lean code and they could find nothing wrong. I asked the service manager what I was supposed to do when it goes off again since I can never be certain it is the same issue and he arrogantly told me to rush it right in and they would charge me another $118 to look at it. Seriously??? It went on again the next day but no way would I pay them another $118 to not fix it. What a rip.
