Very good experience

I was met at the car by the rep, and the work was done in an hour. I was very happy with the experience. BTW - I bought packages; so there was no need for a 'qoute' and the 'price' per my coverage was $0.00 (zero dollars) making questions (#5 & 6) bogus for me. I chose 'yes,' but I should have had a 'does not apply' option.
