onI used to run the other way when it came to having my car serviced at a dealership; it had always been a negative experience. Team Nissan’s service department has changed this for me. From the email appointment reminders and friendly greeting when you pull your car through the bay, to the thorough explanations and quick service, they’ve exceeded my expectations. I never feel like I’m getting ripped off or being taken advantage of. I have to admit, I wasn’t overly pleased with my original Sales experience at Team Nissan, but they’re making up for it with the level of service I’ve received since purchasing my vehicle.
