Worked with Jim Rollins over several visits test driving various vehicles narrowing down my tastes/requirements. Jim was patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Never pressuring at any phase. A few times I went in Jim was juggling a few customers and I saw him jogging to put plates on vehicles for people for test drives. Most other dealerships don't seem to care if you have to wait around for them. I never felt this way here. Jim and his manager Ralph Fast presented a great deal and a fair trade in value and where very competitive when they had to be. Never did they waste any of my time. When they said we could wrap everything up and have yoou driving the car home in 45 minutes they where right.
