I purchased 2 cars from them and was told my first 3 oil changes are free: that “im in their system.” My first oil change and I’m told “$46.00; let me get you a discount to $40.” I shook my head in disbelief seeing that I purchased the vehicle 10 feet away. I also gave them heads up on a concern of a metal scrapping sound coming from my front break pads. That this noise has been going on after day one of purchase. The service tech says it is the composite they’re made of. Legitimately: they installed the pads, new pads when I purchased the used vehicle. These breaks sound horrible: metal on metal scraping as if they’re not properly installed / lined up. I’m legitimately worried about my safety. Come to find out my new break pads with less then 5000 miles on, have 40% wear on them : 7mm remaining. The tires are also almost bald: again I’ve only driven about 5000 miles on them. This is what they sell as “precertified” and “safe.”
