Brought my 2013 Sonata in for New Hampshire's annual Inspection. At 7am I was greeted by Bob Cote who had all my paperwork ready to go. Then he arranged for a shuttle, driven by Wayne to drop me off at a supermarket. We had a friendly chat as we drove. While I shopping Bob called my cell phone to say the car was done. Wendy then sent the shuttle back to pick me up. Brenda, drove me back to the dealership while we spoke about the pandemic the world was facing. As soon as we arrived back at the dealership, Bob, efficient as ever, handed me the keys and I was on my way home. Total Elapsed Time - ONE HOUR! Everybody at Irwin's service department Bob, Kaylynn and Wendy are top customer service performers! I can also say the same about the mechanics and sales people, like Joe Collie at Irwin Hyundai. The entire dealership is professional and top notch!
