Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me

onPoor communication and follow through. I gave two chances and the second chance ended even worse than the first. They apologized after their first error, but then completely fell short on everything the GM told me and sold the vehicle to someone else when they promised to call, send me pics when the car was ready and make a deal on the phone. 2.5 weeks wasted, being strung along, initiating all the follow through myself. Not a place I can trust to get quality customer service. Disappointing all around.
