What I enjoy about this dealership is they don't have a high staff turnover. When I bought my car in 2013 Ken handled our sale. I looked on their website and saw that Ken was still there and contacted him (but I was happy to learn he was promoted to one of the sales managers). I knew exactly what I wanted for a car, but I had questions about different options. Due to my work hours I did most of the deal by e-mail. Ken was quick with the replies and answered all of my questions. I wanted an auto dim mirror installed, rust proof coating and weather tech floor mats installed ahead of time (if you are considering getting these mats get them! They are awesome during mud season!). Ken arranged financing in advance for me, options for the car added and found the color I wanted within 2 days. When I arrived at the dealership my new car was all ready to go and it was just a matter of signing paperwork. Derek did a great job going over the new features of the crosstrek. Even going from a 2013 to 2016 they completely redid the seats and added a touch screen. Subaru is one of the few companies that offers a manual shift so I was pleased to get another manual shift with this crosstrek. The new crosstrek drives so smoothly! I drove over 1.5 hours to get to this dealership because of their exceptional customer service. There are 2 Subaru dealerships that are closer; however, I have heard many bad experiences from friends. This was our second purchase from Subaru of Keene and they treat repeat consumers very well.
