As this was the first time I was shopping for a car completely on my own, I was very anxious about the potential to be duped or mislead throughout my experience. Not only did I feel as though they were completely transparent and honest with me, but I felt absolutely comfortable asking a million questions (and Derek, who helped me continuously throughout this process, was incredibly patient and helpful when I asked them), as well as taking my time to decide if this was the right option for me. After going through with my trade-in, and driving my new car off the lot, I feel absolutely no anxiety or buyers remorse at all. I can honestly say that this was the best experience in shopping for a car that I ever could have asked for.
