Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable in this new car purchase process. We came in several times to look at the car, each time greeted by Mike and always had a great experience, never feeling the pressure to buy. Mike took the extra time to be there for vehicle delivery (2 days earlier than we planned) and go over all the features of the new Subaru.
