Subaru of Keene

First off, they were very nice. Mike understood what I was looking for and did not try to sell me anything else. He explained some options and answered all my questions. With the options I wanted, I thought they would be ordering it but they found the car, brought it in and arranged to install the few things I wanted that were not on the car. Excellent communications, they kept me informed at every step. Mike, Ken, Craig and the entire staff were very hospitable with no pressure. I would like to add that one of my beagles escaped while I was there. (My fault) But the staff was out there looking for her and very concerned. Mike and Kathy were out just under two hours and finally managed to get her. I cannot thank them enough. I know it is not the purpose of a dealer to look for your dog, but I think it is an indication of the quality. Thank you to Subaru of Keene. I love my new Forester XT Touring!
