I wasn’t attacked by salespeople when I walked in the showroom. I told a pleasant young lady at a reception desk that i was potentially interested in trading in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma for a new one. She called a senior representative to talk with me. He was great! I told him what I wanted, and what i had. A desirable Tacoma was due in within a week. He gave me a good trade-in price for my 2017, and the deal was done. A week later, I drove out with my new Tacoma. There was no game-playing, and I left pleased with my new “Taco”!
