Very rude manager

We went to Dover Honda to look at cars and we're interested on a couple car so the sales person give us a price and we ask if we can get the price down if we paid full up front and she said "yes well of course and she call the sale person who in charge and that person come to us and said so do u like our car and we say yes then he ask how much would u like to paid for the car. Then we answer and he pull his hand out (as he's about to shake hands) and he said well congratulation then as my sister about to shake his hand HE PULL HIS HAND BACK AND HE SAID NO AND LEFT. How rude is that.. We'll never going back there and we'll tell everyone that we know about our awful experience.
