onThe service lady said the only appointment they had was at 12 noon on Aug 10. So I agreed. When I get there the service man said it was going to be difficult, because the guys are just going to lunch. Why would you give me that time knowing they could not service my Mercedes? It took about 2 1/2 hrs while I waited at the dealership. Not good. Not happy. Martin Johnson
