Our sales person Mike Romero was awesome! Just a great experience working with Mike. I have told numerous people to go and talk with him for their car purchase. Extremely professional, polite, smart and hard worker. He truly worked for me. I love it! I have never recommended a car salesman, but I have for him. Mike Romero is top notch. You should feel lucky he is with your dealership. I was debating between a Nissan and Subaru, Mike Romero was the difference. Blew the other's out of the water. And Mike was the difference between purchasing with Lithia vs. Hohl in Carson City. The GSM working that night sucks!! He never came and thanked us for the business and walked passed me and didn't acknowledge me when Mike Romero was showing me the features of the vehicle after the sale. Kind of made me mad. a much needed course on customer appreciation and professionalism could help, but he's so far off there might not be any hope left. When my friends and family ask how my experience was, I say Mike was awesome, his management is complete opposite. Wish I could say something positive about management, but I can't. that bad!!
