Mike my sales person at Reno Lithia was awesome, took a lot of time with me as I was upgrading from old technology to new technology. The sales process went timley and smoothly. I obtained some accessories at the time of purchase and the parts department was excellent. My overall experience was wonderful and I am very pleased with my purchase.
