Dealership Sales Review
I went into Lithia Subaru with the intention of looking at a few new cars and possibly buying or leasing. I did some research before going so that I wouldn't be blindsided or overtaken by not knowing the actual price. I was greeted by Jesse W. (internet sales manager). He showed me around the lot and explained all the questions that I had. We started out with a low end base model that had more room than my car. With the research that I did, I wanted to look at something that would be further accommodating to me and my family. I mentioned a few features like the Eyesight feature and Jesse was able to show me a vehicle that had that equipped as well as other features that interested me. The room that I had in my previous vehicle compared to a Subaru Forester, was night and day. I could fit in it (Yea!!) as well as have plenty of room in the back compared to my car. We talked about the benefits of buying or leasing and how that would save me and my family financially. Jesse was willing to go the extra mile to help me and my family out with getting a new vehicle and was not into pressuring us into buying that vehicle that day. He was able and willing to go the extra mile to get us in our price range and down the road without having buyers remorse. He took the time to help us out with getting a deal that was accommodating to us and better than other dealerships in a further area. With that I didn't have to drive a great distance to travel and buy. I will definitely recommend to others to buy from Lithia and their staff as they were all kind and wonderful to deal with.
