My wife and I were very pleased with our experience at Lithia Reno Subaru. Our sales rep, Richard Atkinson, was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The entire staff that assisted us in our purchase were very friendly. We came in, viewed several different vehicles, found the model we wanted to purchase and drove off the lot with it within 2 hours. Thank you all very much!! Sam and Marcie
