Lithia Reno Subaru

We spent an evening at the dealership with our children deciding if a used vehicle at Lithia Subaru was for us. The vehicle had just arrived and wasn't detailed or safety inspected, and was not ready for sale. We decided later that same evening that we would like to purchase the vehicle so we contacted our salesman, Homero, and told him we would like to pick up the vehicle when it's ready and drop off our trade-in. Homero said he would put a "sold" sign on the vehicle and get it through the service/detail department. He texted the following morning and said the vehicle had been sold. If you want to be lied to and have your time wasted then Lithia is a solid choice. If you are like me and don't enjoy the car buying experience for reasons exactly like this, then look elsewhere.
